Rates

Due to the nature of our work Foy Consulting normally prefers to be employed on a time-charge basis. Alternatively we will undertake work on the basis of an agreed fixed price fee, provided that the scope is fully agreed with the Client at commencement of the commission.

Expenses

Travelling costs will be 40 pence per mile for car travel. Other travel (eg rail) will be charged at cost. Where an overnight stay is required the Client will be charged at cost. Foy Consulting will always seek to utilise the most economic accommodation possible.

Invoicing and Payment

Fee and expenses applications are submitted by Foy Consulting either at the end of each calendar month or upon completion of a major element of work undertaken (eg an Adjudication Referral Notice).

Payment is due 7 days from the date of dispatch of the invoice to the Client for fees in respect of the period/work element concerned. The Final date for payment shall be 14 days thereafter.
